Our summer harvest has reaped some exciting new varieties this year. We’ve been working hard throughout the summer months to bring you our AURA (1951), LINDA (1974), PIPPA, SHARPES EXPRESS (1900), RED DUKE OF YORK MIDS (1942) and RED KING EDWARD MIDS (1916).

Our tractors in action, variable weather here in Northumberland! Lest we plough on!
Directors Lucy and Anthony were very excited to host Chef Paul Hogben, from the Farmer’s Club, at Carroll’s Heritage Potatoes. Chef Paul tried his hand at potato digging and walked home happy with a bag of heritage potatoes fresh from the farm.
Chef Hogben visited neighbouring Northumberian producer; Doddington’s Diary with Lucy.
Lastly, this summer Carroll’s Heritage Potatoes were extremely proud to be accredited by ‘Produced in Northumberland‘. Our county is know to produce a taste like no other, support local produce and Northumbrian businesses by looking out for the logo.
